Eco-Logic and the storage of special waste. One on one with Simone.

From above, they look like a long grey strip, a neat and orderly row: these are our Eco-Logic systems – nine in total, lined up side by side, ready for action. We are in San Biagio di Callalta (Treviso) with Simone Cremonese, the Manager of the Bigaran S.r.l. plant. He tells us about his work and his daily routine, which we also participate in our own way.

This state-of-the-art plant handles non-hazardous special waste from transport to disposal. Around 50,000 tonnes of waste are processed here every year, with 30 to 35 trucks passing through every day. These figures are impressive and are reflected in a positive cycle: over 80% of the waste is recycled in the form of materials or energy.

As Simone explains, special waste must be transported and stored safely to prevent any release into the environment; covering is therefore essential. For this reason, Eco-Logic was chosen for covering the storage tanks: user-friendly thanks to safe operation from the ground, robust and resistant even in severe weather conditions, and practical as it ensures easy and safe access to the tanks.

But that's not all. In the midst of loading and unloading operations, with roll-off containers coming and going, we spot something familiar: a Scarr-Lab, another piece of Cramaro in Simone's everyday life. ‘We are impressed by the low maintenance requirements and high robustness,’ he tells us. For Simone, this means efficiency and safety, from transport to storage. For us, it is confirmation of a job well done that earns the trust and satisfaction of our customers.
